Health Care FSAs provide tax savings on your out-of-pocket health expenses. The Health Care FSA is compatible with the IYC Health Plan and Access Plan option. If you are on the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and Access HDHP, you are eligible for a Limited Purpose Health Care FSA.

The Dependent Day Care Account is a welcome money saver for employees with child care or elder dependent care costs. It allows you to set aside pre-tax money for eligible dependent day care expenses so you can work.

Commuter Benefits Program

Reduce your commuting expenses by taking advantage of Commuter Benefits. The IRS allows for certain work-related transit and parking expenses to be deducted from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis. Because you do not pay taxes on these expenses, you can SAVE BIG! 2021: UW Hospital and Clinics employees are not eligible for Transit or Parking Benefits.
